With almost a decade of experience as Managing Director at Panta Group, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in project development, consulting, advisory services, infrastructure planning, and policymaking. David is based in Sydney, Australia.

David is also the Founder and Lead Project Manager at Panta Transportation, where he has collaborated with local and national government bodies to digitize payments and administrative processes in the public transport sector. His work has led to prestigious advisory roles, including being an Advisory member of the ID2020 Alliance, Chief Research & Strategy Officer at the Youth Sustainability Development Conference, and Delegate of the World Bank Group since 2019.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations, Asian Studies, and Philosophy) from Western Sydney University, David is a versatile professional with a passion for sustainable and resilient systems, digital Covid vaccination passports, global digital identification systems, smart cities, accessibility to public services, and digital and contactless payments. He is committed to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through innovative and practical solutions.
